To meet project demands efficiently, we scale our capacity through a curated Creative Network — a vetted group of designers, engineers, and sourcing specialists. Every contributor operates under Loom Global’s strict confidentiality and quality standards.

Q: How do you protect our Intellectual Property (IP) and ensure confidentiality?

Protecting your IP is our top priority. We follow industry-standard security and confidentiality protocols:

  • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs): All designers, contractors, and vendors sign NDAs before beginning any work.

  • Secure File Management: All work is stored in protected, access-controlled folders.

  • Non-Compete Practices: While engaged with a client, our creative teams do not accept competitive projects.

  • Work-for-Hire Agreements: Upon completion and final payment, full ownership of all design assets is transferred to the client.

Q: Who owns the Intellectual Property (IP) for the designs you create?

All designs produced by Loom Global LLC are completed under a Work-for-Hire agreement. Once final payment of the agreed-upon Design Fee is received, full Intellectual Property rights—including concepts, sketches, CAD files, and other materials—transfer entirely to the client.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

International Clients

Payments are accepted via Wire Transfer in U.S. Dollars (USD).

U.S. Clients

Payments may be made via ACH, Corporate Check, or Wire Transfer in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Invoices are issued upon contract approval. Design work begins once the initial deposit is received.
